Production
Ha! Nearly a week since my last updated of my blog. Time fly! From tomorrow, we are entering to the second last month of the year. People start to lie back as the Christmas is coming. Students already squeezing their brain juice for the exam. Well, as for me, I am still jobless since last June. No really wants me. How sad!

Helping up in church just another thing to fill my free time. TV production may be just another thing that I can do to fill my extra time, but as for me, I just want to serve as many as I can before I really got myself busy with work.

Its has been busy week for our team. Basically just me and Ryan were the only person who are free, therefore most of the responsibility on us. But I thank God that I had learned lots. Beside that I have opportunity to work as team with David Evans, great person in the kingdom of God. It is not easy to work with these people who are really busy when I am really free. But think of the bright side¡K not just learning of knowledge, but just handling stuff in more professional. I like that.

What a friend that i have
Past few weeks, I have been totally different person when I am in the present of someone. I has been told not to advise him in anyway. I just have to forget about what really friendship means to me. It is just very hard when I am in his present because it is just basically I am not allow to talk. How is that! Should I really be change not to advise people nor advise too much that might be nagging? Or may be I should just be myself? Friendship is really dearest to me¡K how? My friends?

Leaders
There are always plan and lots of self-study for qualities leader development in circular world. How about we, who are in the kingdom of God, do we really care what and who we are? Leadership is natural or could be grown to be a leader? Personally agree there are leaders who naturally born with leadership, but I believe too that leadership can be grown. 1Tim 3:1 anyone desire of the heart, God will give. Therefore we must desire to have one.

While there are many valuable area of development possible to the aspiring leader, some of those, which dynamically affect them, are:
Reading
Constantly read, history, bibliography, political. Not necessary to be in Christian context, but as long as we never stop learning.
Memory
We can test by memorise verses, names, sermon and etc.
Study
Never stop learning and self-study. Here we are talking about self-development.
Language development
Develop ability to communicate and write because with good communication, we can easily express.
Physical development
Physical health, exercise, sound mind us found in the healthy body.
Social skills
Communication. Association with people name, learn to be listener rather then a talker. Learn to ask question for your own benefit.
Organization
Live in ordinary life. Start from your own private place like bedroom and home. Take these as habit we that we can influences people. Dedicate your private place for God. Believe it or not, tidy bedroom bring healthy environments of living.

The One
Life is so interesting. Human beside just live what they should do daily, searching for life partner would be most difficult part. God had created us so that we can have 2 ways communication with Him. Therefore searching for life partner is not something as easy we those creatures. We looking to the perspective of another person, we care what he/she think... most of all we looking for the perfect match in heaven. When this happen, all the blessing and wisdom will fall onto you.

3 point (principle, purpose and plan)
Principle. Searching for intersting principle of life from your partner. Is she has the same principle of life as you do. e.g I want 2-3 kids, same as she do? Then you should have a big tick on your journal. Also find out what she wants to do in future, missionary or housewife. Think about what is the different between these too dreams???
Purpose. Checking the purpose of searching life partner ourselve. Of course to keep the decendents flowing.... but the most important is, do we have the same purpose in life. I might have purpose in life is to live fore Christ, serve in church and do God's work. But what if she is just want to be a good housewive???
Plan. Life planing was so important. God guidance will never come if we not start to plan our life. Therefore it is important. If the life planning wasn't as similar as hers. Then you should know the answer.

Its is funny to look at these principle. Its like looking for partner, if matches 3 points, then you go for it!!! its not! We need wisdom to do these, we need the confirmation that what we doing is right. Therefore having somebody for you accountable with is very important.

Her, God and Me
Imgaine these 3 individual. The principle here is to explain how the relationship should goes before looking up these relationship as long lasting relationship. These three individual must be surpervise by the 3 principal. If all three 3 principle are going very well. You can see the relationship would become one as the relationship goes.

Celebrating Life - Choir
Yup! thats it!!! This is the day that we (all choir) going to do our best. Through out the weeks of practise, today! we all just gonna have fun and Praising God. I am just very curious about dress code, the ladies have their gorgeous outlook, black dress… but guys have to wear black pants and white shirt with black bow ties or tie. I can complain much but this make me look like a waiter. “Waiter, can I have a glass of water please…!”

Singing in the choir not for a first time. Remember two years ago when I started to join choir, which was Queensland 2000, where all of us just have fun in singing. No singing harmony or part that hard to sing. Then the second was the last year Christmas “Christmas in the Park”, we have a fun time together. This wasn’t hard because we have score to read and it is not hard to be a tenor. But when come to this Queensland 2002 and had female as our vocalist trainer. We (guys) felt so stress because she wants us to reach the very high pitch (its is not impossible for us to reach but it is very very high).

Through my music experience, usually female vocalist trainer tend to require tenor to sing very high compare to male vocalist trainer, he wants the ladies sing very high. This is not about bias or centred minded, but it is the nature of the person. The male and female voice range are different, so each of the trainer has different perspective and sometime choose to have opposite gender to have higher voice so that the music would be beautiful.

This is true. When we have practise yesterday, the music director, David Evans and the band were practised together with us. Our Vocalist trainer keep pushing us (guys) to high pitch, while David keep saying to us, “its ok, just sing an octave lower”. I felt much more relax after he said that. Anyway, this is my experience in Choir.

Its has been almost a week since my last update. Ha! I think i am slack already, until Teryn curious about my blog today. hmm... think back about last week, beside I have nothing to do (because i still jobless mah!), nothing is really interesting.

Choir Practise
This gonna be very intersting... We going to sing top of our lung... I mean for guys! I can't believe that we guys can sing so high. Seriouse, i am amaze myself too. I just can't wait for this weekend because its gonna be an awesome weekend. Don't you think so?

Cell Group
Last week, we don't have any cell meeting but we dohave church training. Joined the class "Ministry Foundation", felt that I have so much to learn. hhmm... its really good. As for this week, we going to attend conference at sunny bank as cell group meeting. Its is something that we never do before as cell group, but trust me... its gonna be interesting.

Anyway, At library with Chris. Helping him do his research about "Cubism" Which I do not know what is that... But What can i help is just online and catalogy search. ha! May be I should try to uniderstand what is really about Cubism.

Horror Movie WEEK
Next week would be the Queensland 2002. Dr. Tony Compolo would be the Man of the Night! As a choir member of this big event, I am very satisfied of what we had practised. Be honest, although we are not really well practise, we just wanna go out there and just share the good news of God. Friends! If you have nothing to do next week, 18th, 19th and 20th October¡K please there are heaps for you to join us.

Yesterday after the choir practise, we four of us went for supper, Rebecca, Chris, Ryan and myself. WE had a great night just company each other. KFC never bore for us because we like the original chicken wings¡K yum!

Anyway, for the past whole week, I have been watching horror movie¡K its kind of cool you know! Because there are no one (so far I know) like to watching this kind movie for that long of period. But guess what¡K! I felt asleep all those movie¡K because I am tired!!! Ha!

CityCare Homeless Appeal
Homeless appeal¡K this was the brilliant ideal from citycare. I was really impressed by what Steve and Gavin were doing for the homeless people. 1800 004 711 is the number we waited for the donation figure every hour. I am proud just being one of them. I know that I can¡¦t helped much on what they doing, but by just holding sign board on street ¡§Say Yes 2 City Care¡¨.

7:30am to 11am, then from 3pm ¡V 4pm, at these periods, I was under the sun doing my duty. No wonder that I am darker then before. When I came home at night¡K I feeling fever and just sunburn on my face. Although all this sunburn, tiredness, fever was painful thing, having a litter help to homeless was the most unforgettable event. I thank God that I am part of them.

Day spent with Sharon
Yesterday, spent time with Sharon and Chris. Sharon was A-Level student, she just seeking for university. I guess she had met the right person, because whatever information she needs, she got it. She was just comparing 2 universities UQ or QUT, already stress up herself. I guess this is the period when all overseas student been through before, so this is very normal.

Anyway, since we have the off peak saver for the day, we decided to go for city cat trip at Brisbane river. After had dinner that I cooked, we headed to UQ citycat terminal with Ryan¡¦s car. At first, it was fun at the city cat at 10pm, we got panic when we realised that the last trip would be 10:30pm. Right there and then, we already knew that we missed the last citycat back to UQ. Ha! Thank God that citycat attendant showed us how to get back to city.

We had a great night after all.

Gold Coast Refreshing
Its has been a week after my last update of the blog. Still Today, no one can really explained why time fly so fast? Its already a week since i back from Melbourne trip. Come to think about it, I already get back to life that i used to have. It because this week its holiday for everyone at Uni or high school, the tourism and attraction places has been crowded with people. Since all my friends has been talking about their holiday... I should tell you too. Its funny that everyone started the trip on friday.

Anyway, Friday, clear sky... As me and my best mate planned to go Gold Coast with Candy and Monica (new friend, introduced by Candy). The gals were going for a time of refreshment, while we guys actually going for holidays! We stop and Habour Town (as usal for people to buy factory outlet stuff). I have to tell you that Monica is the first person who i got to know walked out from Nike shop after 5min. When we reach surfers, we couldn't find any accomodation to stay for overnight, not untill we drive pass this backpacker. We happily check it knowning that this is the place to stay over. But when we check out the next day... no one knew that it was Mardi Gas Accomodation. What is that...? ha! check it out yourself.

Spent time at The Spit were the most wonderful time for the whole trip. Just sitting down at the edge of the spit, hearing the splashing of the ocean and the breeze... I can totally forgetten about myself. I guess this is the best time to spend with God when you really tatolly connect to the nature.

Flu makes things out!
Last few days, I caught with flu and sick as well, probably because of that, my mood has been swinging like crazy. This is really bad to talked about... but what i really wanna to share is that through this whole week, I treated my friend really badly. Of course there are reasons... what I learned was that no matter what happened in friendship, we dare to take bold step and talk things out.

Friendship is something we need in life. I remember when my dad came to attend my graduation, he told me about his retirement. There are 4 things that he can't leave without it:
i) Wife, partner of life
ii) Finance, need for retirement so that still can enjoy life.
iii) House, owned it and dwell it, not spending life to pay the interest.
iv) Old Friend, especially best mate that can talk and spend time with when bore.
I can't ignore that friend is not important in life. Come back to topic, when i found my best mate, I would take my best time to spent time with. Of course there are some sweet time to spend with and sometime conflict of interest. I am talking about no matter how easy going person you are, there must be sometime that we have conflict of interest. If there are none... then this is really good. Anyway, having conflict between the friendship was such a hard thing to go through. There must involve 2 parties. But no matter which party you are... both got to have the willingness to forgive and to acceptthe forgiveness.

This happened to me. I used to know this topic about frindship really well, and i am sure everyone knows about this topic too... but when I am in the real position and real situation, this statement not just so real to me, but also something that i really cherrish about. I tend to appreciate more then before and I can gurantee that the friendship won't be the same again. Infact, we are more stronger and more hold on what these greatest gift that God had given to us.
